Cortex reads a draft the way a marker would and tells you what it finds: claims with nothing behind them, pronouns with no referent, paragraphs doing two jobs, sources attached to the wrong sentence. Then it proposes the smallest change that would fix each one, and you decide on every single one.

It will not rewrite your assignment, invent a citation, or add an experience you did not describe. Where it has no safe answer, it asks you a question instead of guessing. Everything runs in this browser: your draft is never uploaded, and the page works with the network switched off.
